Shipping & Delivery

Dead Road Riders merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our fulfilment partner, Printful.

Order processing

Once your order has been placed, it is sent for production. As each item is produced specifically after an order is received, please allow time for your merchandise to be printed and prepared before dispatch.

Most orders are fulfilled within a few working days, although production times may be longer during busy periods.

Delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, production times and circumstances outside our control.

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Multiple packages

Some orders may arrive in more than one package. This can happen when different products are fulfilled separately.

Incorrect delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or your tracking information indicates a problem, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate it.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through our website and include your order number and photographs of the issue.
